New Website

Our new website will be live later today , however it may mean for the next 24 hours you may not be able to place orders on the site while it is activated.

At long last we are up and running !
Thank you for your lovely comments , we hope you like the look of the new site . We still have a lot to do so please bear with us as we develope the site . We hope you like and understand the new loyalty points system . You gather these with every order and can spend from your second order onwards . I believe it takes time for your account to be updated after you have placed an order . If you have any concerns please keep us informed as we go along and changes will be made .

    2. Yes , nothing has change as regards that . It just takes a while for everything to swap over and Sunday is probably not the best day for us to have done this. Just keep checking in and eventually you will see the new site , probably sometime Monday. Gordon

  10. Congrats on the new website...looking good.I wonder if those swirls on the website background are the ones that are going to be on the jus-cutz machine...oooo can't wait to see the finished article!!!!
    I received my no more shims mat today Gordon and wanted to know can this only be used for embossing with the big shot as sometimes I have to use card shims for cutting intricate cheery lynn dies for example and have seen metal plates to help with that but wondered if the no more shims could be used for this purpose...if so what would the sandwich be? I didn't just want to try it and ruin the mat as really want it for embossing purposes......of course all these problems will be solved once I get my jus-cutz but would still like to use my big shot just now?

    1. Hi .you are better to wait , it's not really what the mat is for . To be honest when we are over in the USA we are always being asked about these dies . I'm afraid I always reply the problem is with the dies themselves and I rate them bottom of the pile I afraid . In my opinion you are better to avoid this make . Gordon

  14. Love the new website but I do have a question. It states that the new machine is shipping early July, is that a second batch or has the shipping been delayed again?

    1. The machines are at this moment scheduled to be here around the very end of June / beginning of July . Nothing has altered , we are still on course . Gordon

  18. Just wanted to say congratulations what great changes have been made in the shop, also the new web site is wonderful. I kept looking and looking on the day of the launch and was lucky to be the first person to place a order. You were very prompt in sending out items that were in stock thank you. Gordon is there feature on the web site that could say temporally out of stock so we know we will have to wait for some items. I know what Spellbinders are like at not sending all dies to you in your delivery. So understand I will have to wait for the rest of my order .

    Big thank you to you and Justin for hard work you must have both put in over the last few months to achieve what you have looking forward to my new machine arriving soon.

    1. Hi Jane . Thank you for your comments . We are still working on the web site to iron out glitches and to make it work even better or everyone. The problem we have with spellbinders gets worse all the time as they simply never supply enough dies . They are all on constant back order and we are never sure when they are going to arrive. We are putting in a better stock monitoring proceedure which will improve this as far as we are able. There should be a way of us updating your order so you can check the status . This is being worked upon . As we go on the web site will develope. Gordon
