IMPORTANT UPDATE : NEW MACHINE DELAY AND NEW WEB SITE

First of all , im afraid the new machine has been delayed and is now expected LATE JUNE due to a move to a new factory by our manufacturer . Apologies to one and all as i know you are all very keen to get your hands on it as soon as you can . If for any reason you cannot wait please call us at the shop and we will sort things out for you . Tel 01623 818910. The delay means of course that those of you who have yet to place a pre order now have more time to do so and will still qualify for the offer of three A4 embossing folders FREE with your new machine .All pre orders qualify for this offer .

We will be posting the first images of the machines in there actual colours here during our China trip.

On the bright side , the delay now means that most of our new die designs will now be coming at the same time and we currently have over 40 designs in production under our new JUS-CUTZ brand to go with the new machine.

Justin and i are off on a business trip to China on 18th of this month to meet with our friends and to finalise more die designs etc . We will be posting details and pics of our journey to China on the BLOG so please keep your eye here daily for updates .

You will be pleased to know the new web site is now ready to go and will be up and running as soon as we return from China. This is a very modern and up to date site and will feature a new loyalty points system which will equate to extra discounts on your purchases . You can gather the points until you are ready to spend them.

So just to clarify : The new machine is now expected end of June .

Once again , we apologise for the delay in the production of the machine , but as they say , all good things are worth waiting for and this certainly is . Thank you for your understanding .

Gordon

  3. I have to say I am disappointed in this delay. I'll hold out until the end of June but may end up cancelling my order if it's delayed again. This is a lot of money for me to have sat in someone else's bank.

  4. Hi

As i have stated above , if anyone is unhappy they should call the shop on the above number for a full refund, we are not in the business of keeping your money or causing any hardship for anyone , that is not what we are about.
You may re-order when the machines arrive if this is better for you .
One of the causes for the delay is because of our endeavours to strengthen the machine and to bring you the best machine we possibly can to avoid any problems associated with other machines. To this end the manufacturer has agreed to do what we ask , but this has resulted in lots more work for them . at the same time they had a factory move to contend with .Manufacturing this machine to a high standard is not as easy as you would imagine , but we have gone further to achieve this .The end results will speak for themselves.
Once again , anyone is entitled to a refund and we have no wish to keep anyones money in these hard times which is why we offered to take orders with a minimum of £25 .

    1. Thank you . I take it you men the two tone Lilac and purple machine which is called MOOD.
We are not making the machine in the pink colour as we had a negative reaction to this one. Please look back through the blog until you get to the colour swatches so that you can choose your colour. There are five to choose from. Gordon

    1. Hi. Interesting idea , but im afraid not at the moment . We have to lay down a basic range of shape dies before we progress as the basic shapes are the foundation , but you never know what we will do next . Gordon

  8. I was sorry to hear of the delay especially as I too have a birthday next month and this was my birthday present. But no matter another month to wait is no hardship. Good luck and hope that all goes well when you get to China.

    1. I don't mind the wait at all Gordon...I know you are trying to get the best machine for us, I have already paid more then half of the cost, and will wait patiently until you are sure it is right to send out to us.....
By the way a lovely lady phoned me up today to apologise , from your staff?? Sorry I can't remember her name? Anyway we had a lovely conversation about the different die cutting machines that are in existance........and I said to her that I went to the NEC and spoke to you when I put my order in, but I wished I had had a try with the handle and the different numbers to see how it felt when a die went through?? But as the lady said its so easy , just to get used to a different way of doing things....

Hope you have a lovely time in china....Take care. Love Jen. xxx
